Bulleit Bourbon / LAMP bitters / Lillet blanc mix / Wine vinegar

This cocktail, crafted by 2015 World Class Global Champion Michito Kaneko, was featured at the WORLDCLASS Shanghai cocktail festival during his guest appearance at Bar Choice. The LAMP Boulevardie offers a unique twist on the classic Boulevardier, blending Bulleit Bourbon with LAMP bitters, Lillet blanc mix, and a hint of wine vinegar for added complexity.

Tasting Notes 

Aroma: Rich bourbon warmth with herbal notes from the bitters, balanced by a subtle tanginess from the wine vinegar.

Palate: Smooth and layered, with the bourbon’s caramel notes complemented by the floral and citrus undertones of Lillet blanc, leading into a slight acidity from the vinegar.

Finish: Clean, with a lingering warmth and a delicate bittersweet aftertaste.

Overall: A refined and innovative twist on a classic, delivering depth and balance with a sophisticated edge.
