A signature creation from Kuala Lumpur’s acclaimed Bar Trigona (ranked #36 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024), presented at Bar US in Bangkok. This cocktail elegantly blends Highland Park 10 Years whisky, Malaysian tuak, osmanthus bloom, trigona honey, and Thai basil, showcasing a harmonious marriage of Nordic and Southeast Asian flavors.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: Delicate floral notes from osmanthus, layered with honeyed sweetness and a touch of herbal Thai basil.

Palate: Smooth whisky base with subtle smokiness, complemented by the gentle fruitiness of tuak, fragrant osmanthus, and rich, complex trigona honey.
