There may also be additional customs handling fees.
The recipient can estimate the taxes based on the above information. However, actual taxes will be determined by the customs authority. DHL/FedEx will notify you of the final taxes to be paid.

3. Purchases made on this website are non-returnable unless we ship the wrong product, so please double-check before placing your order to ensure that the product is what you need and that the size is correct because returning and exchanging products is a waste of time and cost for both parties. We appreciate your cooperation.
Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase, especially the following details:
- Shaker Capacity: Is the capacity of the shaker what you need? Most buyers choose Size A, around 500ml, while some opt for Size B, which is between 300-400ml.
- Intended User: If the product is not for you, please confirm the details with the intended user before purchasing.
- Styles and Colors: For example, the YUKIWA Baron series comes in many color variations and finishes, such as glossy mirror or matte, and in colors like black, silver, gold, or rose gold. These can be easily confused.
- Cobbler Shaker Cap Sizes: There are Size A and Size B small caps. Did you purchase a Size B cap for a Size A shaker?
Before shipping orders, we conduct rigorous inspections and take photos to confirm, notifying buyers via email of the products they will receive.
Regarding Scratches
All our products are brand new. However, stainless steel barware may have some minor welding points and scratches from the manufacturing process, which do not affect usability. Specifically, shakers, such as the Cobbler shaker (at the junctions between the small-cap, middle cap, and body) and Boston tins, may show minor scratches. This is normal.
Products with colored plating may have scratches when you first open the lid. These minor scratches are a normal occurrence and are not considered quality issues. We sell functional barware to help you make cocktails more efficiently. These are the original conditions from the Japanese factory. If you are very particular about these scratches and welding points, please consider them carefully before purchasing.
Have trouble opening your Cobbler shaker after use?
The manufacturing process of a Cobbler shaker is complex. The right level of flexibility ensures a tight seal during use, while also allowing for easy opening afterward. However, ease of opening may vary based on individual usage habits. This difference in experience is due to varying usage styles and is not considered a product defect.
