Engineered for precision and comfort, the YUKIWA M5 pairs excellent heat retention with a heat-dissipating handle so you can pour steadily from the first cup to the last. A wide, slanted spout and an internal baffle deliver a smooth, controlled stream—never a gush—making the M5 a favorite among serious home brewers and professionals alike.
Why you’ll love it
Controlled flow: Internal baffle at the spout joint tempers the pour so water releases gently and evenly.
Wide, clean spout: Approx. 11 mm opening (W) × 10 mm opening height (H); short-lip, slanted tip for crisp cut-off and accurate aim.
Refined neck geometry: Classic gooseneck with a subtle “elephant-trunk” downward curve for fine flow control at low and high angles.
Cool, comfortable grip: Open-frame handle with small ventilation holes at the upper and lower joints helps disperse heat and stay comfortable in hand.
Secure lid linkage: Center-axis lid connection keeps the lid attached so it won’t fall when you tip to higher pour angles.
Built to last: 304 (18/8) stainless steel with YUKIWA’s renowned Japanese craftsmanship.

Before You Buy – Stainless Steel Products
Before You Buy – Stainless Steel Products
All items are brand new. Because these stainless steel products are handcrafted and undergo quality inspection, some pieces may show very, very minor, natural surface marks—this is normal for handmade items and does not affect their quality or functionality. Please note that returns cannot be accepted for these natural variations.
Compared to Boston shakers, these barely noticeable marks are more likely to appear on cobbler shakers(because there are more stainless steel contact surfaces), while the entire BIRDY product line has an even lower chance of showing such imperfections.
