-This is a shaker that makes it easy to generate micro-bubbles, by thoroughly polishing the inside by YUKIWA, a manufacturer of Western-style tableware that Japan is proud of worldwide, to make the cocktail more mellow.

-By thoroughly polishing the inside of the shaker one by one by craftsmen, it is easy to generate micro bubbles in the cocktail.

-Micro-bubbles are tiny bubbles of 50 microns or less in diameter. Large bubbles quickly come to the surface and disappear, but the micro-bubbles have less buoyancy, so they stay in the liquid and make the cocktails more rounded.

YUKIWA has recently adjusted the manufacturing of their cocktail shaker's small round lids to be slightly looser. This adjustment is due to the fact that adding ice cubes and the act of shaking can cause the lids to contract due to the cold, making them difficult to remove if they are too tight. Making the lids looser when at room temperature ensures they can still be opened after shaking.
